Washable at 30 degrees

1. After wearing your SWIM Panty, wash it by hand with cold water to remove the blood.
2. Then simply throw them into the gentle cycle of your washing machine with similarly colored laundry
3. You can wash your panties at 30 degrees .
4. It is best to use mild detergent and avoid fabric softener to protect the fibers of your SWIM Panty and maintain maximum absorbency.
5. Then just let them air dry .
