Ich habe sehr starke Tage. Trotzdem fühlt sich die Panty weder nass an, noch wie eine Windel. Zusammen mit meiner Disc hält die Panty sogar an den stärksten Tagen dicht.

Früher wars für mich unvorstellbar Periodenunterwäsche zu tragen. Aber jetzt weiß ich: Die Pantys bleiben wirklich den ganzen Tag trocken und du musst nicht aufs Klo rennen, wie z.B. bei Tampons.

Die Schichten sind so flach in die Panty eingearbeitet, dass sie kaum auffallen und sind nur max. 1mm dicker als deine normale Unterwäsche.

Die Saugstärke
- Medium: Saugt ca. 3 ml, was vergleichbar mit dem Fassungsvermögen eines halben Tampons ist. Diese Pantys sind eher für schwächere Tage oder Ausfluss geeignet.
- Strong: Saugt ca. 9-12 ml, was vergleichbar mit dem Fassungsvermögen von 1-2 Tampons ist. Diese Pantys sind für die normale Monatsblutung geeignet.
- Extra Strong: Saugt bis zu 15 ml, was vergleichbar mit dem Fassungsvermögen von 2-3 Tampons ist. Diese Pantys sind somit auch für stärkere Tage geeignet.
- Ultra Strong: Saugt bis zu 24 ml, was vergleichbar mit dem Fassungsvermögen von 3-5 Tampons ist. Diese Pantys sind unsere sucking Superstars und auch für Heavy-Bleeder*innen geeignet.

You can easily wash and reuse your period underwear:
- Rinse by hand with cold water.
- Place the underwear with similarly colored items in the washing machine at 40-60°C (depending on the model).
- Always check the care label!
After washing, air-dry the period underwear.
We’re all different, and when it comes to periods, there’s no one-size-fits-all approach. The wearing time of period underwear depends heavily on the intensity of your flow. Just like with tampons or pads, how long your period panty lasts is individual.
At The Female Company, you’ll find period underwear with different absorbency levels for lighter or heavier days. Depending on the absorbency and your flow, you can wear your period underwear until it’s full — but you should change it after a maximum of 12 hours.

Most of our panties are washable at 60 degrees. However, since the washing temperature greatly depends on the different materials, this does not apply to all panties. For some, it is better to wash them at 40 degrees to ensure maximum longevity.
To ensure your panties can protect you for as long as possible, you should wash them on a gentle cycle and/or in a laundry net. Our panties are also vegan, cruelty-free, and made from organic cotton.
