Rinse your period panties by hand with cold water – this helps remove the blood.
Then simply throw them in the delicate cycle of your washing machine together with similarly colored laundry.
Wash your panties at 40 or 60 degrees (pay attention to what's written in the label).
It's best to use delicate detergent and avoid fabric softener to protect the fibers of your panties.
Then simply let them air dry.
