Notes on Returns
Every return not only means additional work for you but also burdens Mother Nature. To do something good for you and our environment, we ask you to be particularly careful when choosing the size. If you have questions about the product in advance of your order, our Customer Care Team is of course happy to advise you.
If it happens that you want to return something or something went wrong with the order, please register your return here at. Note: You bear the costs of your return.
It's best to have your order number and item description ready, then your return will take less than 3 minutes. At the end, you also have the opportunity to provide feedback and/or indicate whether you would like us to send you a new size.
Once you have entered everything, we have received your return registration.
Instructions for Cancellation & Cancellation Form
Consumers have a right to cancel in accordance with the following stipulations, where a consumer is any natural person who completes a legal transaction for purposes which are predominantly neither their trade nor their independent professional activity:

Right to Cancel
You have the right to cancel this contract without providing any reasons.
For contracts regarding the delivery of goods, the cancellation period is 2 months from the day on which you, or a third party named by you (who is not the carrier), has taken possession of the last good.
However, differing from this, the cancellation period in the case of a contract for the regular delivery of goods over a defined period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you (who is not the carrier), has taken possession of the first good.
For contracts regarding the delivery of data, not on a physical medium, produced and provided in digital form (digital content), the cancellation period is fourteen days from the day of contract conclusion.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us (The Female Company GmbH, Karl-Marx-Allee 90, 10243 Berlin, Germany, Tel.: +49 151 614 745 79, E-Mail: firstname.lastname@example.org) of your decision to cancel this contract with a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or e-mail). You can use the attached sample cancellation form for this, but it is not mandatory.
You can fill in and submit the sample cancellation form or another clear statement electronically on our website https://tfc.is/returns. If you use this option, we will immediately send you a confirmation of the receipt of such cancellation (e.g., by email).
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of exercising the right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.
Consequences of Cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse all payments we received from you, including delivery costs (excluding additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same payment method that you used for the initial transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged fees for this repayment.
For contracts regarding the delivery of goods, we may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You only need to pay for any diminished value of the goods if this diminished value results from handling other than what is necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Exclusion or Early Expiry of the Right to Cancel
The right to cancel does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or determination by the consumer is significant or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
The right to cancel will expire early in contracts for the delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if their seal was removed after delivery.
The right to cancel expires early for contracts for the provision of digital content if we have started to execute the contract after you have expressly agreed that we begin executing the contract before the cancellation period expires, and you have confirmed your awareness that by your consent, you lose your right to cancel at the beginning of the contract execution, and we provided you with a confirmation of the contract in which the contract content, including the aforementioned conditions for the early expiry of the right to cancel, is reproduced on a permanent data carrier.
General Instructions for Returning Goods
1) Please avoid damaging or soiling the goods. Please send back the goods in their original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components to us. If necessary, use a protective outer packaging. If you no longer possess the original packaging, please use suitable packaging to provide adequate protection against transport damage.
2) Please do not send the goods back to us freight forward.
3) Please note that the above numbers 1-2 are not a precondition for effectively exercising the right to cancel.
