Wash your sports bra at 40 degrees.
It’s best to use mild detergent and avoid fabric softener to protect the fibres.
Then simply let it air dry.

Leggings:

Wash your Period Panty Leggings before first use to activate full absorbency.
Rinse them by hand in cold water first — this helps release the blood.
Then toss them in the delicate cycle of your washing machine with similar colors.
Wash at 40°C (104°F) and max 1200 RPM — ideally in a laundry bag.
Use a mild detergent and avoid fabric softener to protect the fibers and maintain absorbency.
Air dry — no tumble dryer needed.
