The Absorbency Levels

1. Medium: Absorb ca. 3 ml of liquid, which is comparable to the capacity of 1/2 tampon. These panties are suitable for lighter days or discharge.
2. Strong: Absorb ca. 9-12 ml of liquid, which is comparable to the capacity of 1-2 tampons. These panties are suitable for normal menstrual bleeding.
3. Extra Strong: Absorb up to 15 ml of liquid, which is comparable to the capacity of 2-3 tampons. These panties are, thus, also suitable for stronger menstrual bleeding.
4. Ultra Strong: Absorb up to 24 ml of liquid, which is comparable to the capacity of 3-5 tampons. These panties are our sucking superstars and can be used for heavy bleeding.

• Brief: The comfortable classic with a traditional fit, low-rise waist, and medium leg cut.
• High Waist: Ultimate comfort with an elastic, high-rise waistband.
• Hipster: Sits slightly lower on the hips with longer leg openings, providing full coverage for a 100% feel-good experience during your period.
• Brazilian: Our period panty with a Brazilian-fit style. It offers a slightly cheekier cut at the back and high leg openings.

You can easily wash and reuse your period underwear:

1. Rinse it with cold water by hand to dissolve the blood.
2. Put the underwear in the washing machine with similarly colored laundry at 40-60 degrees Celsius (depending on the model). Always check the label for specific instructions.
3. After washing, allow the period underwear to air dry.

We are all different, and when it comes to our periods, it's difficult to generalize. The duration of wearing period underwear depends greatly on the intensity of your menstruation. As with tampons or pads – how long your period panties last is individual.

Depending on the absorption capacity and the amount of fluid, you can wear your period underwear until it's full – but you should ideally change it within 12 hours.

Note for tampon users: During the night, you can simply wear your period underwear on its own. Don't leave a tampon in overnight!

You will notice it relatively quickly: You should change your period panty as soon as it feels moist at the edges.
