1. Wash your period panties before using them for the first time to activate their full absorbency
2. and wash them by hand in cold water – this will help dissolve the blood.
3. Then simply pop them in with similar-coloured laundry on the gentle cycle of your washing machine.
4. Wash your panties at 40 degrees and a maximum of 1200 revolutions (it’s best to wash them in a laundry bag).
5. It’s best to use delicate wash detergent and avoid fabric softener to protect the fibres of your knickers and maintain maximum absorbency.
6. Then simply let them air dry.
