      1. Wash your period panty by hand with cold water – this helps to remove the blood.
      2. Then simply toss it in the gentle wash cycle of your washing machine with similarly colored laundry.
      3. Wash your panty at 40 degrees (to avoid discoloration on the waistband).
      4. It’s best to use delicate detergent and avoid fabric softener to preserve the fibers of your panty and maintain maximum absorbency.
