- Medium : Absorbs approximately 3 ml, which is comparable to the capacity of half a tampon. These panties are more suitable for lighter periods or discharge.
- Strong : Absorbs approx. 9-12 ml, which is comparable to the capacity of 1-2 tampons. These panties are suitable for normal menstrual bleeding.
- Extra Strong : Absorbs up to 15 ml, which is comparable to the capacity of 2-3 tampons. These panties are therefore also suitable for heavier days.
