  2. Wash your sports bra at 40 degrees.
  3. It’s best to use mild detergent and avoid fabric softener to protect the fibres.
  4. Then simply let it air dry.

Leggings:
  1. Wash your Period Panty Leggings before first use to activate full absorbency.
  2. Rinse them by hand in cold water first — this helps release the blood.
  3. Then toss them in the delicate cycle of your washing machine with similar colors.
  4. Wash at 40°C (104°F) and max 1200 RPM — ideally in a laundry bag.
  5. Use a mild detergent and avoid fabric softener to protect the fibers and maintain absorbency.
  6. Air dry — no tumble dryer needed.
