      2. Then simply throw them into the gentle cycle of your washing machine with similarly colored laundry
      3. Wash your panties at 40 or 60 degrees (depending on what the label says).
      4. It is best to use mild detergent and avoid fabric softener to protect the fibers of your panties and maintain maximum absorbency.
