1. What is a cup?

2. Proper removal
Again, to remove the cup, you need to make sure your hands are clean. Then gently grasp the stem or bottom of the cup and slowly pull it out .

You can either rinse them with warm water or clean them with a special menstrual cup cleaning solution .
It's important to be careful not to leave any soap residue or detergent in the cup, you don't want to introduce detergent down there.
After your menstruation you can sterilize the cup additionally by placing it in boiling water. Follow the manufacturer's instructions to ensure the mug is not damaged. Store the menstrual cup in a clean and dry place until you need it again.
5. Pro tip baking soda
Despite good care , discolouration and odors can occur.
In such cases, baking soda is your very own miracle cure. Simply add a teaspoon of baking soda to the boiling water and let your cup boil out. If the discoloration is still not gone, you can scrub it gently with a toothbrush and baking soda.
