        1. Rinse your period panty by hand with cold water – this helps to remove the blood.
        2. Then, simply toss it in the delicate cycle of your washing machine with similarly colored laundry.
        3. Wash your panty at 40 degrees Celsius and a maximum of 1200 spins (it's best to wash it in a laundry bag).
        4. Ideally, use mild detergent and avoid fabric softener to protect the fibers of your panty and maintain its maximum absorbency.
        5. Then, simply let it air dry.
