Wash your period panty before the first use to activate its full absorbency.
Rinse it by hand with cold water – this helps release the blood.
Then simply toss it into your washing machine on a gentle cycle with similar colors.
Wash at 40°C (104°F) and max 1200 rpm (ideally in a laundry bag).
Use a mild detergent and avoid fabric softener to protect the fibers and preserve absorbency.
