2. Strong: Absorb ca. 9 ml of liquid, which is comparable to the capacity of 1-2 tampons. These panties are suitable for normal menstrual bleeding.
3. Extra Strong: Absorb up to 18 ml of liquid, which is comparable to the capacity of 2-3 tampons. These panties are, thus, also suitable for stronger menstrual bleeding.

You can easily wash and reuse your period underwear:

1. Rinse it with cold water by hand to dissolve the blood.
2. Put the underwear in the washing machine with similarly colored laundry at 40-60 degrees Celsius (depending on the model). Always check the label for specific instructions.
3. After washing, allow the period underwear to air dry.

We are all different, and when it comes to our periods, it's difficult to generalize. The duration of wearing period underwear depends greatly on the intensity of your menstruation. As with tampons or pads – how long your period panties last is individual.
